We do not provide design-only services. In order to achieve the best outcome in quality and service, Ulrich, Inc. has always maintained a practice of providing complete services from design through installation. However, if you wish to use a particular builder, architect, plumber, electrician, etc., we will gladly partner with your preferred professionals. Our contract will clearly delineate the respective responsibilities.

The design fee commits both Ulrich, Inc. and the homeowner to working together. We require this fee to finalize plans and begin the next steps of product shopping and selection. The amount is applied to your final contract total, so it is not an add-on expense.

Without visiting your home or having detailed plans, we can only provide a rough estimate of costs. Once we have assessed your space and thoroughly discussed your wants, needs and budget parameters, we can provide more accurate estimates.

Our experts can renovate any room in your home, with kitchens and bathrooms being our most frequent projects. Both require technical expertise to ensure optimal results, as quality planning and installation can prevent costly future issues. While bathroom renovations are among the most expensive per square foot, partnering with Ulrich, Inc. will save you money in the long run and enhance your comfort and aesthetic enjoyment.

Our policy is to install the cabinetry we supply in order to ensure optimal planning, installation, and - most importantly - customer satisfaction. Exceptions can be considered on a case-by-case basis.

And when you purchase your kitchen appliances through Ulrich, our Consumer Care Consultant will schedule an in-home visit to go over the use and care of each appliance with you – and will be available to help with future questions or service issues.
