“Club 12”: A Basement transformed into an exceptional entertainment space

Project Scope: Basement - Remodel

Design Details: Deep jewel tones, rich textures, and custom details in the cabinetry, stone, tile, trim, murals and lighting create a vibrant nightclub feel that is unique and daring, yet very classy.

The Backstory: When the homeowners first contacted us, they told us they wanted to create a bar in their basement. What resulted is no ordinary bar, but a nightclub, now fondly named “Club 12”:  A 2,500sf storage basement transformed into an entertainer’s dream—complete with a 16-seat bar, standing bar, wine enclosure, theater, lounge, powder room, and space for up to 70 guests—yet still cozy enough for intimate family nights.
